People on the go have long enjoyed the Chabad.org Daily Torah Study App, which allows them to easily access text, commentary and audio classes for the building blocks of the daily Torah study cycle: The weekly Torah portion, the monthly Tehillim (Psalms) cycle, the yearly Tanya review, as well as the various tracks for studying Mishneh Torah (Rambam) and Hayom Yom.

Now, they are also able to use the app to access the day’s page of Talmud Tractate Sotah, which is customarily studied during the Omer period, which runs from the second day of Passover to the day before Shavuot.

Each day, they can tap to enjoy the lucid and accessible class offered by master teacher Rabbi Avraham Meyer Zajac, who recently celebrated the momentous achievement of delivering recorded classes on every page of the Talmud.

And now, they can also access the actual text of the Talmud—the original Hebrew/Aramaic, and an excellent English translation and commentary from the acclaimed Steinsaltz Talmud—enabling students to follow in the original and benefit from the additional elucidation.

Dubbed “the most accessible Talmud,” the Koren Talmud Bavli fuses the innovative design of Koren Publishers with the unrivaled scholarship of the late Rabbi Adin Even-Israel (Steinsaltz).
