This is the only talk my husband has ever watched. We have been married several years. He is busy, I am busy. We watch this every few weeks. It's really the only one he likes, but it does the job. Many thanks Reply

Thank you for your response Rabbi.
Another issue that has always bother me is the fact that it is only women who have repeatedly heard lectures about marriage, over and over and over again, while our husbands are totally oblivious to the Jewish concept of marriage. This topic needs to be spread among husbands, specially among those non-religious men who have not learned the Torah and Halacha and end up running a totalitarian relationship without any regard for their wives approval, consent or feelings. It is men that need to realize what they need to bring into a marriage and expect in return. Although the society has always tried to portray wives as being pushy and demanding and making the lives of men miserable, there are a huge fraction of wives whose lives are made miserable by unappreciative, selfish, manipulative men who never even attempt to understand or respect their wives point of view. Ten Marriage Commandments Rabbi Aaron you had made my day watching this video. I have seen you many times in a very serious way when you are teaching. But your way of teaching this video with such wonderful humor made me laugh. Thank you and blessed is our G-d who brings us such joy through people like you.

Have a great blessed day! Reply

very funny Rabbi
That was hysterical. I was laughing out loud. All of what you said is spot on though. My grandfather (who always got along with my grandmother) always said. " a man has to be very careful who he chooses for a wife, because the wife can make a man happy by making his home a good place or destroy a man by destroying his home." He always respected my grandmother and as a result she was happy the home was good and they prospered. God was always part of their lives (every day) thanks to my grandmother and their influence extends into my life and my sons life. My grandfather must have known about your 10 commandments! Reply
