Members of the Jewish community of Vietnam dance in welcoming the new new Torah written for the Jewish community in Vietnam. Sixty members of the Jewish community greeted the Torah written for the Chabad-Lubavitch synagogue in Ho Chi Minh, the first synagogue established in the county.
