It was at the beginning of the third month hence counting 50 days from 16 of the 1st month (one day afte Passover = 6 of3ed month = Shavuot Reply

If we left on the first new moon, 30 days later is the second, and 60 days later is the third. Which means the command was given and we left on or about the 11th day of the first new moon but we had been given the mitzvah prior to the new moon. Reply

It's not just the seven Noahide Laws, most of the 613 commandments of the Torah are not engraved on the tablets either. Rather, the stone tablets were a unique concept reserved just for the 10 commandments and nothing else.

Still, the tablets hint to all of the rest that is not engraved in them as well. How so? Between the two tablets there are a total of 620 letters, which hint to the 613 commandments and the 7 Noahide Laws.

Per Chabad Minhagim you could simply use a heated thermos so long as your using the water doesn't cause the device to turn on or off. You'll see these types of water heaters in shul to make halachic-safe coffee on Shabbat and Yom Tov with instant coffee. Given this, you could definitely ask a maid to make coffee following these precise instructions. 1) use the device that does not turn off or on to keep water just below boiling point- if it boiling then it is considered cooking. 2) Use instant coffee that is already cooked and is simply dissolved in warm water.

If you go the route of iced coffee and heating it back up- put it on the blecht. Or you could even put coffee into a thermos just like at the petrol station and go crazy all yom tov.

Pre-make the coffee, and put in the in refrigerator (assuming that the light bulb is removed). Then, on Shabbat, make iced coffee, or heat it up in the sun with an aluminum foil above the recipient to enhance the energy gathering! It works like a charm. Reply
